Long-term Rentals
Rentals of 6 months or more are available for $1,800/month which includes lawn and pool care. Utilities and maid service will be billed to the tenant.
Refund Policy
A 50% Deposit required at time of booking. 100% Refund if cancelled 90 days in advance. 50% Refund if cancelled 60 days in advance. 25% Refund if cancelled 30 days in advance. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
A $300 security deposit is due at the time of check-in and is refundable at check-out assuming no damages.
Other Fees
There is a $50 Late Fee for Check-In after 9pm.
