Long-term Rentals
Rentals of 6 months or more are available for $2,200/month (High Season) $1,600/month (Low Season) which includes lawn, pool care and Maid Service. Utilities will be billed to the tenant.
Refund Policy
A 50% Deposit required at time of booking. 100% Refund if cancelled 90 days in advance. 50% Refund if cancelled 60 days in advance. 25% Refund if cancelled 30 days in advance. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
A $300 security deposit is due at the time of check-in and is refundable at check-out assuming no damages.
Check-in
You must Check-in no later than 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
